More than 15,000 people have died due to the earthquake in southern Turkey.
After a large-scale earthquake 11 days later in Turkey, rescuers managed to save a 14-year-old boy and two men.
This was announced today, February 17, by Turkish Health Minister Fahrettin Koca.
He said that a 14-year-old boy named Osman was saved 260 hours after the devastating tremors. According to the minister, the boy is now in a hospital in Antakya. He was rescued after rescuers heard sounds under the rubble.
After saving a life, rescuers managed to get two more. This time the men are 26 and 33 years old.
Earthquake in Turkey

The Ukrainian Foreign Ministry reported that as a result of powerful earthquakes in southern Turkey, 5 Ukrainians were killed, among them – family from Zaporozhye: 46-year-old Yuli Petrova and her two sons, 10-year-old Zakhar and 5-year-old Matvey.
