Anastasia Pretya Amanda aka APA (19) reported Mario Dandy Satrio (20), Shane Lukas, and AG to the police. Amanda reported Mario Dandy cs on the alleged defamation of Amanda’s narrative ‘The Whisperer’.
Amanda’s attorney, Enita Edyalaksmita, said that Amanda’s report was received on Tuesday (14/3) at SPKT Polda Metro Jaya. The report was distributed to the Sub-Directorate of Jatanras Ditreskrimum Polda Metro Jaya.
“On arrival today, we have made a March 14 LP, our LP has arrived at Jatanras,” said Enita at Polda Metro Jaya, Thursday (16/3/2023).
Amanda’s report is registered with number LP/1376/III/2023/SPKT POLDA METRO JAYA. In the report, Amanda reported Mario Dandy, Shane Lukas, and AG on suspicion of Article 310 of the Criminal Code and Article 311 of the Criminal Code regarding defamation or slander.
Enita added that her client felt aggrieved about the narrativei ‘Amanda the whisperer’. Amanda feels that her good name has been tarnished by being dragged into the case of her ex-boyfriend, Mario Dandy.
Enita said that in the report, her party had submitted evidence to the investigators. But he has not specified the evidence for sure.
“We have submitted evidence to investigators,” he said.
Enita said Amanda was currently waiting for the investigator’s examination schedule regarding the report.
“So we will wait for Amanda’s summons for the BAP (minutes of examination) of the LP to provide information,” he added.
