The eighth show of the show “Voice in the Mask” revealed that beneath the noble and graceful, Art Nouveau-inspired mask of Riga was the talented Daile Theater actress Ēriks Eglija – Grāvele, who is more widely known to TV viewers as the protagonist of the series “Her Lies Better”. Rīga closed its participation in the show by feeling and touchingly performing the most famous composition of the singer Haralds Sīmanis “Lake”, about which the director of the show Mārtiņš Spuris judged that the song had been able to “pull” the hearts.

“She is independent, self-sufficient, nothing can shake her, because she is used to relying only on herself. She does not give in to various tricks! And the uniqueness of Haralds Sīmanis is very much in line with the personality of Rīga! ”, Jānis Šipkēvics said after the emotional performance.

Detectives Jānis Šipkēvics and Samanta Tīna were convinced that Ēriks Eglija-Grāvele was hiding under the mask, while Baiba Sipeniece expressed the probability that Erika’s colleague actress Ilze Ķuzule-Skrastiņa could also be under the mask. But Detective Krivenchy jokingly mentioned that under the mask is the actress Erika Eglija-Gravel’s husband Gints Gravel.

After the exposition, Erika was overwhelmed with compliments about the choice of songs, the correspondence of image and personality, and the ability to maintain mystery throughout the show.

“Riga can be very proud that she has incarnated in such an actress. This is evidenced by both the choice of a suitable outfit and the way you wear it. Samanta Tīna did not stop praising Riga either: “Erika, it is a pleasure to meet you on this stage. I have always said that you have a very beautiful voice. After the exposure, the actress herself is not surprised by such a turn of the evening: “It seemed to me that you would recognize me quickly. But I was surprised that those associations came to you from wind cakes. It didn’t really occur to me! ”
