Jakob Silfverberg must agree with Brynäs until next season, states The Express.
Jakob Silfverberg has not played in Brynäs since the 2011/2012 season, but when the 33-year-old’s contract with Anaheim expires in the summer, he will move back home.
According to Expressen, the forward must agree with Brynäs until next season.
“Ready for us then too”
Brynä’s sports manager, Johan Alcén, handles the tasks.
– You have been nagging about this for three years. It’s no secret that we like to see that the players who have been with us before and play out in the world, like to choose us when they come home, says Alcén to The Express.
Alcén does not want to give any further details regarding Silfverberg.
– As I said, we want to have all “our” players home when they decide to do so, he says and continues:
– There was probably buzz that he would break his contract or be bought out last season and be ready for us then as well.
