According to “Okaz”, the lawsuit alleged that the defendant, in his capacity as a civil servant and in his functional capacity, committed the crime of bribery to request gifts and money in exchange for the violation of his work duties, in order to seek expatriates. registered with evasion reports, so that he, in turn, cancels those reports on them for an amount of 25,000 riyals per transaction. .
It was found that the defendant asked to bring with him the identification numbers of the workers on which evasion reports were issued through an intermediary and promised to cancel the complaint in exchange for a financial return, and the court found that this was sufficient to prove the crime of corruption.
