The Ministry of Public Works and Public Construction (PUPR) reports that some toll road segments are expected to be completed by 2024. From 2020 to 2024, the goal is to reach 1,450 kilometers (km) of toll roads.
“The toll road sections that are expected to be built or operated from September 2022 to 2024 are 1,014 km long,” wrote PUPR Ministry Highways Director General Hedy Rahadian, in a hearing with the Indonesian House of Representatives V Commission. , Wednesday (14/9/2022).
For 2020 alone, the total of toll roads in operation are 246.12 km and 122.84 km of toll roads in operation in 2021. Then in 2022, which covered 84.15 km.

For the remaining target in 2022, there are still 199km of toll roads that are expected to be completed and operational. The following year, 2023 is expected to complete 397 km of toll roads and a 2024 target of 401 km.
