Employees of a kindergarten on the outskirts of Almaty are in shock after the news of the death of little Khantore. The head of a preschool institution says: every day a four-year-old child was brought by his stepfather. On that ill-fated morning, the teachers immediately suspected something was wrong. They saw bruises on the baby’s face. Suddenly the boy felt ill. The frightened nannies immediately called his mother.
That’s what, says Aikerim Ualihanova, founder of the kindergarten.
– The teacher accepted. For about two minutes she asked why the child was in such a state.
– In which?
– That he has a bruise on his face.
– The teachers started asking: “What happened?” The child said: “Daddy hit me.”
– After a while he asked for water. We gave him water and he started burping. Not even an hour had passed, I called my mom back, and she said everything was fine. I believed it. She’s a mom.
The monstrous crime occurred in a residential area of the city. Neighbors say the mother of the murdered child rented an apartment. And supposedly a few months ago her lover moved in with her. It all happened in an apartment on the fourth floor of a high-rise building. Presumably, the man attacked his stepson. It is known that the stepfather hit the four-year-old child in the stomach, after which he took the boy to kindergarten. Little is known about the mother of the murdered child. 25-year-old Samal works as a teacher at a construction and technical college. There is a version that the teacher had an affair with a 19-year-old student, who is now suspected of murdering the boy.
However, the administration of the educational institution assures that the woman’s roommate has nothing to do with this college. And the baby’s mother herself got a job here just a few weeks ago.
After the brutal beating, the child fell into a coma. The boy suffered a rupture of internal organs. The baby died in the hospital. The stepfather has already been detained.
“This fact is registered in the Unified Register of Pre-trial Investigations under Article 99, Part 3 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan. An examination has been ordered. On suspicion of committing this crime, the cohabitant of the child’s mother was immediately detained, who at first did not confess. Then he confessed. Now we are clarifying what could have happened within the family, how often the child was beaten. We are interviewing the mother, who at least claims that her partner did not beat the child,” the police said.
Little Hantore was buried today. For the murder of a young child, the alleged offender could face up to 20 years in prison or life imprisonment. It is still unknown whether his own mother knew about the boy’s regular abuse.
