Al-Marsad newspaper: The Moroccan site “Hespress” revealed that the judicial police of the city of Khemisset referred the prosecutor of the king of the Court of Appeal of Rabat, “YouTuber” Mohamed Al-Sbeiti, known as “Nizar” on l accused of “participating in the kidnapping, detention and rape” of his ex-wife, Nada, known on social media under the title “Nada Hassi”.
Nada Hassi had filed a complaint accusing him of colluding with another person in order to subject her to kidnapping, detention and rape, documenting this in a videotape with the aim of “extortion and defamation on social networks”.
Border police at Casablanca’s Mohammed V International Airport stopped “Nizar” as he tried to travel to Turkey late last week, before deporting him to the city of Khemisset, where “they placed him in theoretical custody to investigate him in the crimes attributed to him”.
“Nada Hassi” confirmed, through a local channel account, the allegations made against “Nizar”, which include kidnapping, rape and extortion, while his mother said in a video that his ex-wife was the reason for the prevent him from leaving the country because of a complaint she filed, relating to insults, slander and defamation.
