The head of DKI Jakarta Satpol (Kasatpol) PP, Arifin, is found to have assets of Rp. 24.5 billion in the state officials’ wealth report (LHKPN extension). He said there was a data error in the LHKPN.
The LHKPN has been reported Arfin in 2021. The total assets of Arifin are registered at IDR 24,597,000,000.
Arifin’s major assets are land and buildings, which are valued at IDR 23,810,000,000 (billion). It should be noted that there are 9 land and buildings owned by Arifin, with details:
1. Land plot of 116 square meters (m2) in West Jakarta, grant without deed of IDR 500 million
2. Land and building area of 84m2/36m2 in Tangerang, Own income Rp. 930 million
3. Land and buildings with an area of 700m2/800m2 in West Jakarta, own proceeds of IDR 10.010 billion
4. Land and buildings of area 90sqm/23sqm in Tangerang, IDR 370 million self-made
5. Land and buildings with area of 370m2/90m2 in Tangerang, self-made IDR 2.51 billion
6. Land and buildings of area 84sqm/36sqm in Tangerang, self-produced IDR 610 million
7. Land and buildings with area of 144m2/190m2 in West Jakarta, own income of IDR 3.51 billion
8. Land and buildings with an area of 144m2/190m2 in West Jakarta, self-made IDR 3.51 billion
9. 260 m2 land area in East Jakarta, self-produced Rp 1.86 billion
Besides that, Arifin’s assets were registered as conveyances for IDR 573 million. The details of these assets are:
– Honda Jazz 2005 self made Rp. 68 million
– Honda Tiger motorcycle in 2005 self-made Rp. 5 million
– Toyota Fortuner minibus car in 2013 self-made IDR 205 million
– Honda CR-V RM3 2WD2 4AT CKD 2015 Self-made IDR 230 million
– Kawasaki Ninja 250 motorcycle in 2019 self-made IDR 65 million
Arifin does not hold assets in the form of securities. Arifin was recorded as the holder of other movable assets of IDR 694 million and cash and cash equivalents of IDR 200 million. The total assets of Arifin are IDR 25.777 billion.
However, Arifin owes Rp. 680 million, bringing Arifin’s total assets to Rp. 24.597 billion.
