PHILLIPSBURG, NJ.- The Hispanic League prepares for its championship game on Sunday, October 10 at 5 pm at Walter’s Park in Phillipsburg, NJ.

69 News ‘Spanish Edition’ spoke with the president of the league, Vin Coronado, about the details of the memorable clash in which a team will be crowned champion for the first time in its history.

Mexico will face the Liga de Quito (Ecuador) in the final.

There will be music and many food vendors for families.

Coronado explained that he has his eyes on next season, where he plans to expand the league to two fields where more teams will play.
