Jonathan Frizzy emerged with evidence of violence allegedly committed by his wife, Dhena Devanka. The violence she experienced was mentioned more than once.
This was revealed by Yohan Cristianto as Jonathan Frizzy’s attorney. In a press conference, he said apart from photos, there was other, stronger evidence for Ijonk to finally be able to do a post-mortem.
“In this domestic violence, the most important evidence is the post-mortem, which proves that domestic violence has occurred is the post-mortem. This is one of the supporting evidences,” said Yohan.
In addition, there is photo evidence in the form of captured images from CCTV. It looks like Jonathan Frizzy gets a kick in the stomach by Dhena Devanka.
Jonathan Frizzy is said to have done no resistance at all. At that time he was just silent to withstand the violence he experienced.
“Resistance is not, but self-defense is yes. For example, if your friends are beaten, you must defend yourself, or hold your hand. That’s a human reflex. There is no blocking and then hitting back,” he continued.
“I emphasize, our client is only defending himself. The definition is only to prevent him from being physically hurt. The concrete thing is to hold him back,” added Yohan.
Not only from the attorney, Ijonk’s uncle, Benny Simanjuntak, also uploaded a photo of the kick taken by Dhena Devanka. Looks like the barbell is also directed to Jonathan Frizzy.
“Whatever the reason, beatings are not allowed, which makes me cry. When I saw the video, how my child was silent and did not move when he was beaten so badly.. Even with the reason of cheating that can’t be proven, he must improve himself and do good to his husband,” wrote Beny Simanjuntak on his Instagram.
Regarding the photo, Dhena Devanka spoke up. He explained the violent video that was revealed.
