Destination Rennes. Véronique Rousseau takes over the general management

The Société Publique Locale (SPL) Destination Rennes, which promotes tourism and the economy of the Rennes metropolitan area, announces the arrival of Véronique Rousseau as general manager. She succeeds Jean-François Kerroc’h who asserts his pension rights.

Véronique Rousseau spent 28 years within the Rocher group : first in the mail-order sales department for 9 years, she was then appointed commercial communications director for the Yves Rocher brand in 2004 and then mail-order sales director for Yves Rocher France in 2010.

Since 2014, she headed the marketing department of Yves Rocher France, serving retail and e-commerce. The common thread of his career is his strong customer orientation. Building on these years within the Rocher group, Véronique Rousseau will put her know-how and her marketing expertise at the service of the region.

Created in 2014, Destination Rennes is a Local Public Company whose shareholders are Rennes Métropole and the City of Rennes. She has for mission to reinforce the attractiveness of the metropolis of Rennes in terms of urban tourism and professional meetings. She is also in charge of operating the Couvent des Jacobins, the Rennes Métropole convention center.
