Divorce Desta Mahendra and Natasha Rizki have been terminated by the Panel of Judges at the South Jakarta Religious Court. Today, Desta is scheduled to read the divorce vow to Natasha Rizki.
Observed in today’s hearing, Monday (10/7/2023), Desta and Natasha Rizki absent. Both were represented by their respective lawyers.
Even if there is no divorce, one vow is still valid. Desta’s presence was represented by his attorney, Hendra K Siregar.
“Today’s agenda for the reading of the divorce pledge was carried out earlier. It so happened that the applicant could not be present represented by attorney,” said Desta’s lawyer, Hendra K Siregar at the South Jakarta District Court, Monday (10/7/2022).
“Today, the divorce process is over,” he added.
Even though Desta was not present, the divorce vow was still valid. This is because both parties are still present even though they are represented by attorneys.
“The power can be (represented) the important thing is that there is power, special power. (It can still work) yes, the power of the applicant is present, the respondent is present,” he said.
Desta is currently known to be abroad. Desta has been abroad since a few days ago on work matters.
“Because there are activities that cannot be abandoned, from the start the principal used power,” concluded Hendra K Siregar.
After being divorced, Desta Mahendra and Natasha Rizki continued to maintain good relations and communication. Some time ago, Natasha Rizki and Desta took their three children on vacation abroad together.
