OHL climbs to a shared third place with the win and shows off after victories against AA Gent, Standard and Club Brugge and draws against Racing Genk and Anderlecht with 11 points out of 15 against the G5. And yet Brys says. “We have to be able to do much better, we fail to keep control of the matches or not sufficiently”.

You can expect euphoria from players and from the coach after you beat the champion, but Brys remains surprisingly icy sober and strict with his team. “We suffer too much loss of the ball, are too quickly reserved. That is certainly still a serious work point. We compensate for this by playing well closed in block, by switching well, by infiltrating well. And by a great mentality. That is significant for this team. And against Club Brugge we could also count on a very strong goalkeeper Romo ”.
–
Also striking: after OHL 2-1 had come ahead, the people of Leuven did not dig in. “If you go camping before your ‘sixteen’ against a strong team like Club Brugge, you ask for serious difficulties. We still left good opportunities 3-1. ”
