The artist, Reham Abdel Ghafour, was keen to attend the funeral of the artist Ahmed Helmy’s brother, despite her wounds that did not subside due to the loss of her father a few days ago, and she sat next to the star, Mona Zaki, consoling her.
The artist Abeer Sabry, the artists Amir Salah and Edward, Nasser Saif and producer Hamdy Badr arrived at the police mosque for condolences.
The star Ahmed Helmy asked his fans to pray for his brother Khaled, who passed away last Friday. His funeral was held and he was buried in the family cemetery in Banha, Qalyubia Governorate, through his account on the “x” website.
“Helmy” published a picture of him with his late older brother, commenting on it: “We ask you to pray for my brother Khaled.”
Khaled Helmy, the brother of the artist Ahmed Helmy, passed away last Friday, and his funeral was held in one of the mosques in Benha, in the presence of dozens and hundreds of the town’s people, who were keen to attend and pray for the deceased, and bid him farewell until his final resting place.
“Helmy” appeared during his brother’s funeral in a state of shock and sadness, in addition to collapsing and crying during his burial in the family cemetery in Benha, and his wife, the star Mona Zaki, was keen to console and support him while also crying.
