Everton club announced its decision to dismiss Frank Lampard from the technical management of the team, due to its poor position in the English Premier League table.
Everton suffered a new defeat in the 21st round, falling 2-0 to West Ham.
And the club, coming from the city of Liverpool, established its feet in the 19th and penultimate place in the competition standings table, with a score limited to 15 points, to remain in danger of relegation.
In an official statement, Everton wrote, “The commitment and dedication of Lampard and his coaching staff has been exemplary throughout his time at the club.”
And the official statement continued, “But the recent results, and the current situation in the league, mean that this difficult decision should have been taken.”
Everton wished success in the future to Lampard and his assisting technical staff, who spent a little less than a year at Goodison Park.
