Despite the postponement from 2020 to 2021, Munich remains the venue for the European Championship.

The city council of the Bavarian capital decided on Wednesday that the four scheduled games will continue to be held in the Allianz Arena.

Germany’s national team will play their three group games against world champion France, defending champion Portugal and an opponent to be determined in Munich. To this end, a quarter-finals will be played in the home ground of FC Bayern. However, UEFA decides on the final schedule for the postponed EM.

All tickets remain valid, as the city announces. Spectators can also return tickets for EM games. The modalities for this can be found at www.uefa.com.
