In the last few hours, residents of the San Telmo residential complex took the road that leads to Alvarado, near Los Venados Park, to protest the lack of vital liquid.
The drivers who move to the north of the department and villages such as Chucuní through this road corridor were bottled up in the vehicular chaos.
There were even confrontations between the demonstrators and the people who tried to pass through the area.
It is advisable to take alternate routes, to avoid traffic jams.
