Almost 100 first graders with a rejection notice

The procedure is long over, but still not all Herne parents have registered their children who will be attending school in the summer at a primary school. This is still pending for around 15 children, and the parents are now threatened with a fine or even administrative offense proceedings. By no means all registered children can go to their desired elementary school.
Almost 100 received a rejection letter. nAcht parents have lodged an objection to this, and a lawsuit is also possible in the event of rejection. nAs an alternative, the administration has suggested elementary schools close to home with free places. About 30 rejected children were then registered at the Kolibri Elementary School, more than at any other school.
