Ciamis News, (harapanrakyat.com), – Deputy Regent of Ciamis, West Java, Yana D Putra appreciated the Youth Organization of Persada Andapraja Village, Rajadesa District, which held a charity event for the poor, in commemoration of Isra Miraj Sunday (27/2/2022) .
There are about 50 poor people who get compensation.
“On behalf of the individual and the government, we thank you for the committee’s concern in carrying out social activities,” said Yana.

Yana said, the donation activity is a form of concern for others.
“Hopefully it will be an opening act of sustenance for all of us, and one’s wealth will not decrease because of charity, quite the opposite,” he said.
He continued, the Prophet Muhammad used to build civilization through zakat, shodaqoh and infaq.
The Ciamis Regency Government has also optimized the potential of zakat by making Regent Regulation number 46 of 2021, concerning zakat management.
“With the Perbup, hopefully public awareness about zakat, infaq and sodaqoh will increase,” he said.
Meanwhile, H Oman, the Head of Andapraja Village, Ciamis, said that this charity event for the poor was an annual routine activity for every Islamic holiday.
