The Bavaria Senior Citizens’ and Nursing Home is located directly next to the city park in Sulzbach-Rosenberg and is lovingly managed. For 35 years, we have been caring for around 90 people every day in over 46 rooms and supporting the residents with everyday tasks.
The focus is on integrating the residents into their mostly new environment and promoting social interaction. As part of our personnel expansion, we are now looking for new full-time and part-time employees.
Tasks
- Personnel management, planning and development and rostering in your area
- Active participation in internal quality assurance measures to optimize internal processes
- Care planning and documentation according to prescribed documentation and quality standards
- Willingness to assume responsibility for professional nursing, personal and medical care, taking into account the available operational and personnel resources.
- Responsibility and participation in the creation and updating of an individual care plan
- Coordination, delegation and implementation of care measures in accordance with the care plan, taking into account care standards
- Updating and checking nursing documentation
- Ensuring the quality of care under human, professional, economic and legal aspects
- Counseling for residents and relatives
- Respectful interaction and cooperation with our residents, doctors, therapists, nursing schools, other cooperation partners and authorities
qualification
- Qualification for nursing service management (according to the requirements of Section 71 Paragraph 3 Sentences 1 and 3 to 5 SGB XI) or the willingness to acquire these qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of the activating basic and treatment care of residents according to recognized nursing science standards
- Further training and/or continuing education in quality management
- Basic business knowledge and affinity for electronic nursing documentation
- Strong ability and willingness to communicate
- Confident demeanor and linguistic fluency
- Organizational talent
