We are looking for a Deputy head of technical and biomedical servicel within the French blood establishment Hauts de France-Normandie, the position will be based in Seclin (59).
Inasmuch as Deputy manager, you will play a key role in the proper functioning of our technical and biomedical department.
You will be in charge of:
🩸 Supervise and motivate your team: You will directly supervise employees (team of 22 people spread over 2 sites) and manage maintenance providers, promoting a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
🩸 Prioritize interventions: You will ensure that actions are carried out on time, while respecting activity constraints, particularly in terms of continuity of transfusion activity.
🩸 Ensure reporting and coordination: You will be the link between the different services, guaranteeing fluid communication and rigorous budget monitoring.
🩸 Manage various projects: Real estate projects (works, rehabilitation), maintenance of buildings and biomedical equipment, in conjunction with the various internal and external stakeholders, you are responsible for planning, executing and finalizing projects while respecting deadlines and budget , while guaranteeing compliance with current standards.
🩸 Propose innovative solutions: Faced with dysfunctions, you will be proactive in implementing corrective and improvement measures.
🩸 Participate in the management of biomedical equipment: You will be involved in the selection, installation and maintenance of biomedical equipment, ensuring their compliance with safety and quality standards.
🩸 Compliance and quality monitoring: You will monitor quality and compliance standards for all projects and equipment, by carrying out regular checks and implementing corrective actions if necessary. You lead the quality policy of the technical and biomedical service
🩸 Participate in the planning of on-call duties: After training, you will contribute to the management of the department’s on-call duties.
