The Integration Department of the Municipal Social Action Center (CCAS) of the City of Bordeaux participates in the definition and implementation of the municipal solidarity policy oriented around 2 axes: allowing public access to social rights, promote personal and civic emancipation. More specifically, this department is responsible for defining and implementing municipal social policy.
She participates, in her field, in the municipal project aimed at “making together the City united, life-size, friendly, creative and rich in diversity”
It is in this context that the CCAS is looking for its deputy director of integration – director of New Solidarities to support the implementation of a policy of solidarity and inclusion in favor of citizens of Bordeaux. You will participate in the Bordeaux Terre de Solidarité project and contribute to building an inclusive city rich in diversity.
YOUR MISSION:
You assist the Deputy General Director and Director of Integration in the implementation of the City’s strategic orientations and social projects. You will play a key role in coordinating actions, leading teams, and supporting changes in professional practices. This position combines technical expertise and leadership to promote innovation and experimentation to meet emerging social needs.
Your main responsibilities:
1- Strategic support : You assist and advise elected officials and management in the development and monitoring of community projects. You also participate in defining priorities for social services (regulatory and legislative frameworks for public social action policies, socio-cultural characteristics of populations, etc.).
2- Coordination and management : You structure and coordinate the social action service, manage and lead the teams to guarantee an effective and coherent response to citizens’ needs.
3- Technical expertise and team support : You analyze the social and medico-social issues encountered by the services and provide technical support and support to the teams in their professional practices (organization of training for social workers, training systems and standards, method of analyzing practices) .
4- Setting up and monitoring projects : You support internal and external partners in the development of innovative and structuring collective projects.
5- Sector monitoring : You ensure active monitoring of developments in the sector to anticipate and adapt Management’s interventions.
