Depeche Mode’s Sold-Out Concert in Frankfurt am Main and Upcoming Tour Dates

On Thursday evening (June 29th) Depeche Mode played their first of two concerts at the Deutsche Bank Park in Frankfurt am Main. “Speak To Me” served as the show’s intro, to which the duo and their band took the stage. This was followed by “My Cosmos Is Mine”, the first of a total of 23 songs played in the set. As expected, the Deutsche Bank Park was sold out, which means that around 65,000 people made the pilgrimage to the Frankfurt Eintracht football stadium. The indie singer Jehnny Beth played the opening act.

On Saturday, July 1st, Depeche Mode will hold their second concert in the Main metropolis. Tickets are no longer available. Then it’s off to Berlin, where the English will play in the Olympic Stadium on July 7th and 9th. There are only a limited number of tickets left for this Eventim available.

More about Depeche Mode

Synth-pop band Depeche Mode broke through in the ’80s and have since achieved cult status. Since the mid-80s, vocalist Dave Gahan, songwriter Martin Gore and keyboardist Andrew Fletcher have formed the core of the band.

Despite Fletcher’s death in May 2022, Gahan and Gore decided to continue as a duo. The two dedicated their last album “Memento Mori”, which also gave rise to the world tour, to their deceased friend and colleague.
