Terms and location of the consultation:
This draft charter is subject to public consultation for a period of 3 weeks, i.e. from June 30, 2022 to July 21, 2022 inclusive.
Documents available for consultation:
• A presentation note which specifies the objectives and the context of the charters;
• the draft departmental charter for agricultural users of plant protection products (all productions excluding viticulture) drawn up by the Côte d’Or Chamber of Agriculture;
• the draft departmental charter for agricultural users of plant protection products in viticulture drawn up by the Côte d’Or Chamber of Agriculture;
• the two draft decrees adopting the charters.
