The Department of Land Use of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, in order to avoid violation of the terms for the provision of municipal services in connection with the upcoming New Year and Christmas holidays, is suspending applications from December 21 for the provision of the following municipal services:
- “Assigning addresses to addressable objects, revoking addresses”
- “Preliminary agreement on the provision of a land plot”.
- “Granting land plots free of charge to members of horticultural, vegetable gardening and suburban non-profit associations”
- “Provision of land plots free of charge into the ownership of citizens with three or more children
- “Granting land plots free of charge to the ownership of certain categories of citizens and (or) non-profit organizations”
- “Provision, without bidding, of land plots that are in municipal ownership and state ownership of which is not delimited, into ownership, lease, permanent (unlimited) use, free use”
- “Conclusion of an agreement on the establishment of easement in respect of land plots in municipal ownership and state ownership of which is not delimited”

The resumption of accepting applications for the provision of municipal services on January 11, 2021, reports IA Sakh.com with reference to the department.
