Information event on the culture allowance
Cultural Department of Basel-Stadt
The Culture Department is holding an information event on the new culture allowance on August 13th in Bau3. The event is aimed at people working in the arts. The aim is to present the new funding instruments within the culture allowance – individual project funding, research contributions and funding for programs and services – in more detail. And to clarify questions through mutual exchange. The culture allowance was greatly expanded as part of the implementation of the “tip initiative”.
In order to demonstrate the potential of the funding, various cultural workers will present their projects. We will also point out adjustments that we are planning for the next call for proposals based on feedback from cultural workers. We are also happy to answer any questions you may have and look forward to your input.
