As the reopening of the hotel and catering industry approaches on May 1, the sector is facing a second major problem in addition to the financial headaches. Due to the forced closure, some of their staff have (temporarily) started looking for work elsewhere, and they are not inclined to return. “They are now experiencing more time with their family, more normal working hours, and how things can be done differently.”
