Deolipa Yumara admits that Natalia Rusli has never promised her clients about returning money from Indosurya

WARTAKOTALIVE.COM – The defendant Natalia Rusli is again undergoing a follow-up trial at the West Jakarta District Court, Tuesday (30/5/2023).

The follow-up trial that Natalia Rusli underwent at the West Jakarta District Court, it is known that this time had the agenda of examining the accused.

Natalia Rusli was present wearing a white shirt and greeting the panel of judges, the public prosecutor and students who were present in the courtroom.

Natalia Rusli’s attorney, Deolipa Yumara, said that his client had never promised VS that he would get his money back from Indosurya.

Precisely Natalia Rusli received constant pressure from VS, to ask for a refund of 40 percent and 60 percent of assets after a meeting with Indosurya’s attorney, Juniver Girsang.

“Earlier we asked if there was any persuasion there, the answer was no. So there was no persuasion, he just wanted to be helped,” he said.

On that basis, Deolipa Yumara ensures that there is no criminal element of fraud and embezzlement of money VS.

Moreover, the VS money of Rp. 45 million was returned by Natalia Rusli for a total of Rp. 55 million.

“Efforts and promises are different. Promises are often false promises. If the efforts reach the target, they are so different that the fraud element is not proven.

Deolipa Yumara hopes that his client can be released from the ongoing legal entanglement at the West Jakarta District Court.

Given that since the beginning of this case was reported, the criminal elements of fraud and embezzlement were not fulfilled.

If later it is proven that Natalia Rusli did not commit fraud and embezzlement, then the reporter in this case VS can be reported back to the police.

“The reporter was caught, the West Jakarta Police investigators can also be pursued. Prosecutors are P21 right. Yes, the investigators are being chased, how can this be like this,” said Deolipa.

“Even though the defendant said earlier, Propam said he was an advocate, then he took up the profession, there really was no element of it. The investigators ordered the brakes to continue, what’s wrong with this investigator?” continued Deolipa Yumara.
