Candidate for Governor of South Kalimantan Denny Indrayana say thank God after the Constitutional Court (MK) grant the request for Pilkada dispute South Borneo filed by his party.

“Now at the end, let us emphasize before Ramadan, before Eid, Insha Allah we will migrate to bring Banoa in a better direction towards a more honorable and dignified one, ”he said.
The Constitutional Court decided on a Re-Voting (PSU) on the election dispute proposed by the candidate for Governor of South Kalimantan, Denny Indrayana, Friday (19/3).
In his decision, the judge canceled the South Kalimantan KPU’s decision letter Number 134 / PL.02.6-kpt / 63 / priv / XII / 2020 concerning the Stipulation of the Recapitulation of the Vote Count Results of the 2020 South Kalimantan Pilgub Pilgub which won the Sahburun-Muhidin.
“Granted the petition’s petition in part,” said Chief Judge Anwar Usman when reading out the verdict.
