Denny-Difriadi sues PSU results for the 2020 South Kalimantan gubernatorial election to the Constitutional Court, Denny Indrayana: Haram Manyarah

BANJARMASINPOST.CO.ID, BANJARBARU – Without mentioning the results of the votes he obtained, the candidate for governor of South Kalimantan Number 02, Denny Indrayana accompanied by his deputy candidate, Difriadi (H2D) ensured that he opened the option to go to the Constitutional Court (MK).

Denny conveyed the plan at his residence in Gang Purnama Banjarbaru Wednesday (9/6/2021).

His party will go to the Constitutional Court to see the results of the existing votes.

“We apologize, we ask the people of South Kalimantan for permission to extend this process. We emphasize Waja’s illegitimate struggle to the point of being sore,” he said.

It was clear that Denny had chosen to go to the Constitutional Court for careful consideration.

His party discussed what options would be taken, considering that he said this was the fate of South Kalimantan which was entrusted to H2D with a very big voice.

“So we chose to continue to fight for the mandate to the last drop of blood,” he added.

Advancing to the Constitutional Court, added Denny, is the last process that his party will take. Whatever the Constitutional Court’s decision later, his party will respect whatever the decision is

“There is no other process that we plan to be the next stage. We choose this option, this is our last effort to keep the people’s mandate on our shoulders. We have repeatedly said we will protect the people’s mandate, there will be no transactions, the people’s voice must be respected, Therefore, the option to fight for the Constitutional Court is because it is permitted by law,” he said.

Finally, said Denny, the choice to the Constitutional Court as a form of his party’s contribution to maintaining the atmosphere in South Kalimantan remains conclusive and safe.
