Dennis Schröder enthuses the Boston Celtics: “He finds his way”

Dennis Schröder showed his best game so far for the Boston Celtics on Saturday night against the Milwaukee Bucks. Afterwards, head coach Ime Udoka was also impressed by his point guard.

Schröder led the Celtics with 38 points to a 122: 113 success after extra time, in which there were even “MVP” calls for the Braunschweiger in the end. As a starter, Schröder found the perfect balance between jumping and attacking mismatches against a decimated Bucks team that competed without Giannis Antetokounmpo and Khris Middleton, among others.

Schröder used his speed again and again, especially against an opponent. “Before the game we talked about playing Pick’n’Roll against Bobby Portis and taking advantage of it,” explained Schröder. “And in overtime I was just aggressive, it worked. I looked for my litters and today they fell.”

His head coach was also impressed afterwards. “He’s finding his way,” said Ime Udoka of Schröder, who opened the season as a bench player and is currently starting in the absence of the injured Jaylen Brown. “He just transferred his bank role. He’s very aggressive,” praised Udoka.
