22-year-old Mia Skadhauge Stevns was reported missing after she did not return home from the night between Saturday 5 and Sunday 6 February in Aalborg, Denmark. It writes the police in North Jutland in one press release.
Stevns has not appeared after the search through Monday, and the police in North Jutland have therefore initiated a massive investigation.
This has led to the police getting on the trail of a dark car that is very interesting for the investigation further, the police write.
– We are working on high pressure to find Mia. It is more worrying the longer it takes before we find her, and we are worried that something has happened to her, says deputy police inspector Frank Olsen in North Jutland police to Dagbladet.

Calls for «pirate taxi»
The police now know for sure that the missing 22-year-old was last observed and captured on the surveillance cameras at Vesterbro in Aalborg at 06.09 on Sunday morning.
There she was picked up by a dark car.
– The car stopped and we can see that Mia got in, followed by the car driving down Vesterbro in a southerly direction. Then we do not know where the car has driven. That is what we are now trying to map out through the investigation, Olsen says and states:
– Together, this information means that we are working on the basis of a theory that Mia may have been the victim of a crime.

Two missing persons
North Jutland Police work on the basis of a theory that it is a question of a pirate taxi.
The police are investigating extensively, and asking for tips in the case from the public.
In parallel with the search for Stevns, the police are also searching for Oliver Ibæk Lund (21) who disappeared after a city trip Friday night in Aalborg. He was also not found on Monday, and the police launched a large search already on Friday with divers and a helicopter.
– There is no connection between the two cases, Olsen says to Dagbladet.
Due to the massive search for both Lund and Stevns, police are flocking to the streets of Aalborg.
– We still have forces on the street looking for Mia – and we will continue that work in the coming time. We are very worried about her, says Olsen.
