Faults have been found in 12 out of 20 of the tanks Denmark has so far donated to Ukraine together with Germany and the Netherlands, reports Danish TV 2.
Two of the units, which are of the Leopard 1A5 type, have what are categorized as serious faults. The information comes from a written briefing from Defense Minister Troels Lund Poulsen to the parties behind the Ukraine fund in Denmark.
Ten of the tanks have their faults rectified by the Ukrainian military. The other ten are still in Poland, according to the channel.
Tuesday wrote German The mirror that ten other tanks donated by Germany were rejected by Ukraine because they were too worn out to be used.
