The EO and RD, objected allegations of sexual harassment and bullying of fellow men Indonesian Broadcasting Commission employee (KPIs). The reported accused of bullying the victim just kidding.
“Those are just things that are according to their normal daily social environment. Sniffing fellow men. Incidentally, this reporter is always neatly dressed, his clothes entered often dicandain suddenly pulled his clothes. Like ‘very neat lu’, just like that,” said the lawyer for RD and EO, Tegar Putuhena when contacted, Monday (6/9/2021).
Tegar said his client denied being involved in the alleged harassment and bullying as reported by the victim. Two of his clients, said Tegar, were not even sure of the incident reported by the victim.
“(My client) is confused because what was alleged was tried to remember, there was no incident until the vulgar thing that was released was stripped naked, even sorry for the scribbled on his genitals,” said Tegar.
Tegar added that the act which he called joking was often responded to by the reporter.
“And it’s also not unilateral, even the reporting parties also do it back. So they usually don’t have an excessive response,” explained Tegar.
Police Checked
Meanwhile, Tegar said that EO and RD had checked at the Central Jakarta Metro Police. Both of them were questioned by 25 questions by investigators during the examination.
“My clients are two RDs and EOs. The total number of questions is 25. The point is to confirm the 2015 incident regarding the incident that was released by the reporter,” said Tegar.
The inspection took place at 10.00 WIB, Monday (6/9). A total of seven hours the reported to undergo examination at the Polres Metro Central Jakarta.
The police, said Tegar, are still investigating the victim’s report. The police are said to be still investigating the existence of a criminal element in the complainant’s report.
“The police are still looking for whether or not there was a criminal incident. The incident may or may not have been investigated. The incident has just been investigated whether it is a criminal element or not. Now, this incident is still confusing,” said Tegar.
