Dengue Fever Outbreak in South Jakarta: Over 800 Cases Reported

South Jakarta reported 860 cases of dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) that occurred in its area over the past four months. Case DBD spread over 10 sub-districts in South Jakarta.

Based on the data received detikcom, as many as 82 cases were reported in January last year. DHF cases then increased in the following month, where in February 206 cases of dengue fever and in March 507 cases were reported. By mid-April, 65 cases had been reported.

“In April there was a significant reduction in cases like April 16, only 65 cases. At the same time in March there were 507 cases and the South Jakarta region is now in the fourth position in April, “said the Head of the South Jakarta Health Sub-Division. , Yudi Dimyati, when asked to confirm, Thursday (18 /4/2024).
