Tata said hundreds of dengue fever cases were recorded from reports from 16 community health centers in six sub-districts in Serang City.
Meanwhile, Tata also reminded us about preventing and controlling dengue fever, namely by eradicating mosquito nests by optimizing 3M activities.
3M’s activities include closing water storage areas that may become mosquito nests, burying items filled with water which can cause mosquitoes to grow, and draining water tanks regularly.
“Because 3M can break the chain of mosquito larvae from developing,” he was quoted as saying Between.
According to him, fogging efforts are only limited to killing adult mosquitoes, while mosquito larvae must be routinely carried out by the community through 3M.
“We are also supported by jumantik cadres to monitor mosquito larvae in the community,” he added.
