Dengue epidemic in Reunion: 403 new cases confirmed in one week – Health

Over the past 15 days, 21 municipalities on the island are affected by the circulation of dengue.

The west concentrates 44% of cases: a main grouping of cases is located in Saint-Leu, and cases continue to increase in La Possession, Le Port and Saint-Paul.

A decrease in cases is observed in the southern region (39% of cases) but with a main dengue outbreak in Saint-Pierre.

In the northeast, the number of cases is increasing in Saint-André, Saint-Benoit and Saint-Denis.
