Heavy rain flushed Jakarta this afternoon. Massa demonstrating against the Job Creation Perppu (Creator) remained in front of the DPR.
According to detikcom’s monitoring on Jalan Gatot Subroto, Jakarta, Tuesday (28/2/2023), the crowd was seen wearing raincoats and gathered in the middle of the road. There are four command cars at the location.
Representative protesters climbed into the command car to deliver the oration. Meanwhile, other demonstrators seemed to be listening while wearing raincoats.
The traffic in front of the DPR has been closed. Meanwhile, the toll road in the city is monitored smoothly.
The demonstrators also carried banners containing the rejection of the Perppu Ciptaker. In addition, a number of police personnel also remained on standby to secure the demonstration.
A total of 3,598 joint personnel are on alert. The personnel are a combination of the National Police Headquarters and the Regional Government. “A total of 3,598 personnel have been deployed,” said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Trunoyudo Wisnu Andiko when contacted, Tuesday (28/2).
