At 11.30 am on Wednesday 27 November 2024, the president of the Democracy Movement, Stefanos Kasselakis, will be at the Areopagus in order to file the founding declaration of the party.
According to information from the leadership of the party, Stefanos Kasselakis will be accompanied by members of parliament who support the Democracy Movement, as well as the activist of the Polytechnic, Sotiris Tsiakmakis.
We remind you that with his post on social media on November 11, 2024, Stefanos Kasselakis referred to Sotiris Tsiakmakis regarding what happened at the SYRIZA-PS conference, publishing a text he sent for his removal to Koumoundourou, denouncing anti-democratic procedures. He quoted, as he noted, a letter “from the fighter Sotiris Tsiakmakis. Struggles, imprisonments, offering to the Left and the country. Now, at the age of 80, he is writing to the party he supported, asking for its deletion.”
