In the first picture we see Demi with her granddaughter Louetta. The girl was born on April 18 and is the daughter of Rumer Willis, the daughter of the American actress.

In the second snap, we see Demi and Rumer together in one photo. The image in question would have been taken just before little Louetta was born. In the third and last photo we get to see a pregnant Demi Moore again. In this photo, the American actress was heavily pregnant with her daughter Rumer. In addition to Rumer, Moore also has two other daughters, Scout and Tallulah, with her ex-husband Bruce Willis.
