Demi Lovato and her boyfriend Jordan Lutes are engaged. The 31-year-old singer and the 26-year-old musician announced the news on Instagram on Sunday.
“Yesterday I asked my best friend to marry me and she said yes. I am the happiest man on earth right now,” Lutes captioned the photos of the proposal. “I can’t imagine life without you and thank God I don’t have to.”
“I’m speechless. This was the best night of my life,” Lovato wrote about the proposal. “Every day I’ve spent with you has been like a dream come true and I can’t wait to love you forever.” In one of the photos, the singer can be seen wearing a ring with a pear-shaped diamond.
Lovato and Lutes were first linked in August last year. The two confirmed their relationship later that month at Lovato’s birthday party. “Birthday bitch with her love,” Lovato wrote with a photo of them together.
