Position: Head of EMEA Region
Dematic, a global leader in integrated automation technology, software and services for supply chain optimization, has appointed Michael Jerogin as head of the EMEA region, effective immediately. The long-standing executive already serves the company as Executive Vice President and Managing Director of the Asia-Pacific region and will aim to continuously expand the market and customer base in his new position.
“In his more than 15-year career at Dematic, Michael has built a viable regional organization and achieved profitable growth for Dematic in the Asia Pacific region. He is known for his strong customer focus while maintaining an unmistakable appreciation for our employees. In this expanded role, he brings his distinctive leadership style to the EMEA region to position Dematic for strategic and operational success,” said Dematic President Mike Larsson.
“Since my first experience with our European business, I have been impressed by Dematic’s activities and customer focus in this region,” said the new head of the EMEA region. “I look forward to expanding the market, leading customer service and growing our customer base. Europe is a dynamic and culturally diverse region and this is reflected in Dematic. We are ideally positioned to grow with our markets.”
Michael Jerogin holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Sydney and an MBA from the University of Technology Sydney. Jerogin joined Dematic in 2009 as Managing Director of Customer Service. He was actively involved in developing business activities across the Asia-Pacific region by expanding Dematic’s local presence and supporting lighthouse projects that were often a first for customers. Since 2018, the opinion leader has headed the APAC region as Managing Director and expanded business activities to include the Indian market.
