Delyan Peevski has become the most important factor in the state, he sets the agenda of both politicians and society. He said to give money to farmers. This is what the former Minister of Agriculture, Mehmed Dikme, said in the “Day ON AIR” studio.
According to him, Borisov’s dependence on Peevski was known from the previous administration.
“To me, the dependence of PP-DB on Delyan Peevski is strange. It is very serious, but everyone is silent and performs. It’s as if the state belongs to Delyan Peevski and Yordan Tsonev, because Tsonev determines the financial rules and the money that must be spent , Delen Peevski is responsible for the rest. The path of the money, the path of dependencies in the state must be followed, that’s where we will reach the decision,” added Dikme on Bulgaria ON AIR.
According to him, the people who voted for GERB-SDS and PP-DB see that their vote was distorted and betrayed.
“The feeling is being created that the main role of the PP-DB is to “wash” Boyko Borisov”, to once again enthrone Delyan Peevski. But we must not forget Dogan either because he is very much behind it. I admire Peevski, I remember the year 2001 – an unremarkable boy, without a business, without anything, how far he has come within 20 years. If someone talks about the American dream, then Peevski is the personification of the Bulgarian dream, how can a person from nothing reach such heights and rule the country,” commented the former Minister of Agriculture.
He is adamant that no one in the state is against the DPS participating in the government, but: “People are against participating in the government in this way.
“Farmers must protest in front of the parliament. The memorandum that was signed will partially solve some issues, but globally the parliament can solve it with a single decision – canceling the decision that was adopted. The problem is not only with the grain, the problem is global with imports from Ukraine. So let them correct their mistake and learn from Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania. In April, I said that Bulgaria is facing a very serious crisis in agriculture,” emphasized Dikme.
The former minister explained that the producers’ products have been in the warehouses for 2 years.
“The wheat has not been sold. At the moment they don’t have money for sowing, they don’t have money for realization. Clear and concrete measures are needed.
