Deliveries of the new VW Amarok to Europe have just started, but the specialists of the German tuning studio Delta4x4 have already come up with a more extreme version for it. The car was called Beast 2.0. Thanks to the package of improvements, the car became taller and more passable, and also acquired some cosmetic changes.
The list of visual changes includes new arch extensions on each side (+60 mm). They were necessary in order to fit inside the 33-inch BF Goodrich “toothy” tires, which, in turn, increase the height of the car by 20 mm.
The suspension has also undergone modernization, and a significant one at that. The pickup got new shock absorbers and springs, which increased the Amarok’s additional ground clearance of 170 mm.
Other improvements included the addition of additional tow hooks, new lighting technology, and footboards under the thresholds to the popular Volkswagen utility model.
The total price of the project is stated at around 10 thousand 200 euros (875 thousand rubles), but may be less if the buyer wishes not to take the entire package.
So, for example, the cost of only a body lift will cost 2,600 euros (223 thousand rubles), and for 1,600 euros (137 thousand rubles) it will be possible to purchase a suspension kit.
The most expensive will be a set of rims with tires. You will have to pay 4,900 euros for it, which, when converted into Russian currency, is about 420 thousand rubles.
