Delta has extended the cessation of its flights between New York, Atlanta and Boston to Tel Aviv as a result of the Israeli war. The airline has indicated that the itineraries would restart from November 15 as long as safety conditions improve.
Likewise, Delta has asked passengers to cancel their booked flights before October 11 to be fully refunded by the company. The US State Department advises travelers to Israel and the West Bank to reconsider their plans.
The airline operated up to 17 weekly flights to Tel Aviv with Airbus. Delta has joined the cancellation of other airlines with flights from the USA to Israel, such as American, which canceled flights until December 4 and United suspended them indefinitely.
As reported REPORTUR.usAt the beginning of the war, the airlines Delta, United, American, IAG – Iberia’s parent company –, Air France, Lufthansa and Ryanair, experienced sharp declines in the stock market, in addition to the increase in the price of oil.
