Delta Air Lines Faces Legal Action Over Removal of Passengers for Wearing Bras – Gloria Allred Involved

The woman turned to lawyer Gloria Allred, who previously represented the interests of victims of sexual harassment, for legal help, writes Business Insider.

Lisa Archbold was preparing to fly on a Delta Air Lines flight from Salt Lake City to San Francisco (USA) in January of this year. However, when the woman boarded the plane, wearing a large white T-shirt without a bra, she was kicked off the plane by airline staff, allegedly because her outfit was too revealing.

According to Archbold herself, none of the passengers reprimanded her during boarding. However, a Delta Air Lines employee forced him off the plane anyway. After the woman put on the virus button-up shirt, she was allowed to return.

“I was humiliated and insulted. Felt like I was red flagged. I was dressed like some of the men on that flight. I have smaller breasts than many of them. Where does Delta draw that red line?”

The woman sought legal help. Her attorney, Gloria Allred, who represented victims of sexual harassment by Donald Trump and R. Kelly, wrote a letter to the airline’s president, Glenn Hauenstein, asking how the braless shirts were against airline policy.

Allred requests a meeting with the airline’s management to discuss the situation and find a solution. Airline representatives said they have already contacted the passenger and apologized for the unfortunate incident.
