However, an expertise linked to the Tarn nurse’s telephone and estimated at €9,500, could weigh in the balance: “This phone, a Huawei P30 Pro, by Delphine Jubillar (…) could have revealed valuable insights“, reports The Dispatchthis Monday, March 14. “Also not found, this device was nevertheless the subject of “urgent” expertise in the spring of 2021, at the request of the investigating judges, but which were ultimately interrupted for lack of time to complete them”.
Started in mid-May 2021, this did not allow investigators to detect new flaws: “Cédric Jubillar’s arrest is scheduled for a month from now. The mission order for the judges is launched. But experts believe they run out of time to analyze the behavior of a phone in just 15 days. whose probation must be registered, according to them, over a longer period”, lists our colleagues. Without this investigation, Cédric Jubillar’s lawyers are unable to prove the innocence of the father of the family: “this would have cleared the case, in an obvious way (this) client who was with three gendarmes at 6:52 a.m. and therefore unable to operate this device”, they lamented.
Disappearance of Delphine Jubillar: six mysterious times
Since the night of December 15 to 16, Delphine Jubillar and her cell phone have not been found. Yet, according to the examined manipulations of this Huawei P30 Pro, “the experts identify six timetables, corresponding either to voluntary use, or an action specific to the device”, reports La Dépeche. Thereby, “these times are distributed as such, between 0:07 a.m. and 6:52 a.m.: activation of the WhatsApp application (0:09 a.m.), WhatsApp camera activated (1:33 a.m.), multiple device interface triggers (0h07, 1h03, 6h52)”, we read. Valuable information since at 6:52 a.m., Cédric Jubillar was then, in the presence of the three Tarn gendarmes, at his home in Cagnac-les-Mines.
