Deloitte Latvia, one of Latvia’s leading legal and financial advisory service providers, has become the prime tenant of the office center “Preses Nama Kvartāla”.
“Deloitte Latvia” offices will be located in the business center on the 10th floor with a panoramic view of the Daugava and the old city. The leading architectural firm “Arhis Arhitekti” was involved in the development of functional planning of the office premises.
The office premises will be equipped with the latest smart technologies, which according to the highest office standards will regulate an optimal microclimate throughout the year and ensure almost zero energy consumption. Employees of “Deloitte Latvia” will have access to a three-level surface parking and storage facilities.

In the first phase of “Preses Nama Kvartāla” development, an 11-storey A-class business center with an area of 26,000 m2 will be built, and in total, there will be around 2,600 employees. The business center is connected to a large multifunctional center with an area of 40,000 square meters, which will combine shops, sports and medical services, refreshment areas and a three-level surface car park.
The car park will have a total of 1,000 parking spaces, charging stations for electric cars and 300 secure bicycle sheds. On the observation terrace of the 5th floor of the multifunctional center there will be the only football field in the Baltic States, next to which there will be a green terrace with a café.
The author of the vision for the development of the first phase is the architectural firm “Arhis Arhitekti” in cooperation with “Arrow Architects” from Denmark. Investments of over 100 million euros are planned for the construction of the first phase of the “Press House Quarter” project.
Construction started in March 2021 and implementation of the first phase is expected to end in 2024 at the start.
Deloitte is an international consultancy firm providing accounting, tax, financial, legal and IT consultancy. Currently, about 150 employees work in Deloitte’s Riga office, including specialists from other countries: Ukraine, Great Britain, India, Pakistan, Turkey and the Philippines.
“Lords LB Special Fund V” is managed by “Lords LB Asset Management”, an investment management company authorized by the Bank of Lithuania, which has been providing services to both institutional and private investors since 2008. The company currently manages 16 funds: 12 real estate funds, a private equity fund, an energy and infrastructure fund and two investment companies.
The value of the total assets under management of “Lords LB Asset Management” at the end of June 2022 was 802 million euros. The company is represented in Latvia with various real estate development and management funds.
