In Anglet (Pyrénées-Atlantiques), around sixty apartments have just been created in the Larochefoucauld district. These are free housing, social rental housing and rental-accession housing (PLSA), grouped together in the new Larochefoucauld and Kalean Artea residences. The construction of these two buildings is part of the redevelopment program for the Boulevard du BAB sector.
These apartments were built as part of a real estate project, led by the Public Housing Office (OPH) of the Pyrénées-Atlantiques department. They will reinforce the supply of housing in the municipality. According to the social landlord, the objective was to create quality housing that promotes social diversity.
These new apartments will help meet housing needs and will also support the development of the district. An inauguration ceremony was organized at the end of January 2023 in the presence of the mayor, Claude Olive, and the president of the Pyrénées-Atlantiques Departmental Council, Jean-Jacques Lasserre.
